month of coordination
Starting Price: 2,000
● Initial meeting pre-booking to see if we are a good fit together.
● Access to our local vendor recommendations and google drive access to live folder.
● Check-in meetings at 6 months and 90 days, communications/questions to be held, if possible, to these meeting times.
● Pre-wedding meeting at 30 days.
● Contact venue/all vendors prior to wedding after 30-day meeting.
● Creating a timeline/plan for the wedding day - Couple's responsibility to create floor plans.
● Rehearsal prior to wedding whether in-person or via video chat with RSE employee.
● Organizing/facilitating the plan for the day with the vendors/venue.
● Day of Coordination for up to 10 hours.
● Travel fee included up to 1 hour radius of Asheville, otherwise travel accommodations to be discussed during booking.
Partial planning
*Price varies based on the couple’s needs, overall budget, add-on services, etc.
Starting Price: $3,500
● Initial meeting pre-booking to see if we are a good fit together.
● Provide the couple with RSE's comprehensive planning worksheet.
● Recommending/connecting couple with local vendors directly.
● Unlimited phone call and email access throughout your planning process.
● Four scheduled 30-minute phone planning meetings, in addition to initial meeting and 30-day meeting - (6 total meetings possible).
● Reviewing of contracts (if needed) prior to you signing/booking vendor.
● Advising on budget - industry normals (if needed).
● Pre-wedding meeting at 30 days.
● RSE will schedule a venue tour with couple (based on both everyone's availability) prior to your wedding date, then create a floorplan if needed.
● Creating a timeline/plan for the wedding day.
● Organizing rehearsal (onsite up to 1 hour) and rehearsal dinner (coordinating up to 6 hours).
● Organizing/facilitating the plan for the day with the vendors/venue.
● Wedding Day of Coordination for up to 10 hours.
● Travel fees included within 2-hour radius of Asheville, otherwise travel accommodations to be discussed during booking.
Full Planning
*Price varies based on the couple’s needs, overall budget, add-on services, etc.
Starting Price: $5,000
● Initial meeting.
● Unlimited communication with RSE planner.
● Creating a budget.
● Guidance with invitations, overall planning checkpoints, marriage license, etc.
● Access to RSE’s planning “hub” for organizing and communicating throughout planning process.
● Recommending/connecting couple with vendors directly.
● Contract reviews (if needed).
● Negotiating contracts with the vendors (if needed).
● 30-minute check-in meeting every other month.
● Final big 30-day planning meeting.
● RSE will schedule/go on a venue tour if new to this location prior to your wedding date if needed.
● Helping to create the theme/color scheme/decor layout/vision with the couple.
● Creating a timeline/plan for wedding day.
● Scheduling and going with the couple on site visits/tastings (if desired by the couple).
● Helping create seating charts and floor plan layouts.
● Organizing and planning rehearsal/rehearsal dinner.
● Day of coordination for up to 12 hrs.
● Travel fees included within 2-hour radius of Asheville, otherwise travel accommodations to be discussed during booking.
add-on services
Invitation Prepping & RSVP Tracking - Add on service: $600
● Your invitations would be mailed to me, and I would assemble, address (printed sticker label), and add postage to all of your invitations on your behalf.
● Organizing your addresses and your wedding website for RSVP tracking.
● This service would NOT cover the cost of materials (save the dates and invitation suites), but it would INCLUDE the cost of postage (for save the date, invitation, and return envelope).
● If you chose to use another printer business or a local calligrapher to hand address your envelopes or create you invitation suite, then I would work alongside them to facilitate your invitations getting ordered and prepared and then take over postage and RSVP tracking from there.
RSVP Tracking Only - Add on service: $250
● You handle ordering your invitations, addressing your envelopes and sending them out to your guests.
● Your return address sends your RSVP responses to me (if paper) or I set up an electronic RSVP tracker through your website by adding all guest names into your website tracker and then monitor responses.
Website Set Up & Maintenance - Add on service: $250
● RSE will create a website for you through Zola and add all important dates, times, guest instructions, travel information, things to do, photos of you, and more. Your guests then use this as a tool to prepare and guide them through your wedding weekend.
● RSE will update your website if changes occur, or we add an element that you would like your guests to know about.
● Does not include RSVP input/tracking unless you added that service on.
